Bad Experience - Seat Booking FAIL after payment and confirmation
Booked and paid everything for the tix, including paid seat. However, hours later was informed that due to platform issue we failed to have the confirmed seat booking. I don't think this is a reasonable rationale to explain all the hassle and trouble caused to the customer who looks for a better paid seat. We are unhappy, not allowed to cancel the tix, have to handle again the seat booking with airline and paid again by customer. Don't care and have no intension to compensate or apologize - this is how I felt when receiving the "unsuccessful seat booking" email from CheapTicket.com. Not a good experience to book through this platform, seriously.
