According to their website, payment would only be processed once the booking was accepted by the car owner. However, this was not the case for me. They charged me upfront for a booking that the driver hadn't even accepted yet. This blatant contradiction of their own policy is concerning, showing a lack of attention to detail and transparency. When I reached out to their customer support regarding the incorrect charge, they were unable to provide any concrete information about when I could expect a refund. The lack of financial protocol and a clear resolution timeline is truly disappointing. It's frustrating to feel like your money is stuck in limbo without any assurance of when you'll get it back. I attempted to make another booking after the first mishap, hoping it was just a one-time glitch. However, my second attempt left me in an even worse situation.
