Ordered a floating shelf
Ordered a floating shelf, which said it came with hardware for mounting. Shelf was delivered, but mounting hardware was inadequate to mount shelf. After dealing with customer service on three different occasions, they were not able to provide the hardware. The first contact offered me 25% discount if I purchased the hardware locally. I had no idea of where or what to purchase. The last contact offered $40.00 for the same thing. I had to purchase shelf brackets to mount to wall, but no longer floating.
