Dysfunctional and shady company
If I could give 0* I would! Shopee SG is a disorganised mess with SHADY tactics without clear metrics for sellers! They seem to only incentivise dropshipping resellers from China without caring for long-term legitimate brands or local businesses. Interface is a mess, shady ads metrics, basic functions aren't available if you are a new store. Amazon and Lazada are much better platforms who actually care about brands and sustainable growth! I will stop engaging with Shopee SG both as buyer and seller!
