Need a good exchange policy
My initial hat purchased was too small and was hoping for an exchange, which was not available. But I was given a $10 refund. With the repurchase of the larger size hat it is costing way more than the sale price. Hope the repurchase hat fits to avoid having to remedy this. All to say a good exchange policy would be helpful.
