Keurig

If I could give Keurig zero stars

If I could give Keurig zero stars, I would. I've spent thousands of dollars on Keurig products over the past 10 years for my home and business. Just 18 months after buying a $200 machine, it short-circuited, poured thick smoke from the K-Cup compartment, and died completely. I had to unplug it immediately to prevent what could have become a house fire. Had I started it and walked away, my children and pets could have been at risk. Customer service showed no concern and simply offered 25% off another machine because it was six months out of warranty. A company that stands behind its products doesn't ignore a potential safety hazard because of a warranty date. I bought a Nespresso instead. Keurig didn't just lose one sale—they lost a loyal customer. A coffee maker should last longer than 18 months, and it should never fail by filling a home with smoke.
