What reviewers say

AI generated

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained that their coffee makers constantly broke down, leaked water, or completely stopped working after only a very short period of regular daily use. Many people also experienced deeply frustrating issues when trying to contact unhelpful support teams regarding rejected warranty claims, expensive replacement costs, or missing order information. Some reviewers were happy with the actual coffee flavor, noting that the prepared drinks were sufficiently hot, rich, and flavorful. A few consumers additionally mentioned that certain customer service representatives were surprisingly polite and caring when handling their machine inquiries.

What people say

Awesome customer service!!

I cannot say enough about the way the Keurig customer service team handled my situation. It started with the first phone call I made and proceeded from there. Every single person I talked to was extremely polite and more than happy to help. My Kcup mini coffee maker stopped working just prior to a year. I was asked several questions and given a few trouble shooting ideas to try and after that did not work they simply asked me to send a short note with my receipt and case number and informed me a new Kcup mini would be sent to me asap. Customer service is so important to me and I wanted to reach out and say how pleased I am with the service I received.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you don't, it will end up costing YOU. I took advantage of a "good deal" on a starter kit. Part of this "deal" was that coffee would be delivered periodically. I didn't need it as often as they wanted to send it to me. I tried canceling an order recently and they refused to cancel it. I had had it by that point and canceled my subscription. They told me I would be charged the full balance of the machine that was part of this "deal". That would be $150. I confirmed at least 3 times on the phone with them. They charged me while on the phone with them (at my request). I was charged almost $200. I told them they charged me incorrectly. The first excuse was that I was also being charged for the coffee that didn't ship; an order set to deliver in 3 months! That would be 3 months AFTER I canceled the subscription. The second excuse was that it was that it was the taxes for my state, etc. I asked why they told me the total amount would be $150 and didn't mention taxes. *Silence on the other end* and then said, "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience." Next, not only did they refuse to cancel the coffee but they charged ME to return it to them. You can't simply return it either. Once the shipment arrives, you have to call them to start a return. I called, received an email that gave ridiculous instructions to follow. For example: You MUST include 2 different reference numbers on the shipping label or you won't get your refund. I made sure they were on there. Tracked my return. Delivered 4 days later. Email said return would be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return. Today is day 12 (liberally). Technically, it's day 14 but giving them grace around time. Why? I don't know. Called them this morning. They double checked my tracking number. Came back on the phone to tell me that since it's been returned, they will process my refund within 7-10 business days. "Is that okay?" they ask me. I said, "No. I've held up my end of the deal the whole time and Keurig has consistently dropped the ball throughout my experience with them. This is unacceptable. I was told and it's in writing that you will process the return within 7-10 days of receiving the return. It's day 12. This needs to be fixed immediately." I've since been escalated to their specialty team who's supposed to call me within 1-2 days; again this is completely unnecessary and unacceptable and the antithesis of how any customer should ever be treated. This is BASIC service and they completely failed the entire way through. I will never ever purchase anything from Keurig again. If you're reading this, I strongly encourage you find an alternative. I'm a big fan of Bunn. Go with Bunn. I wish I had read these collective reviews before trying to take advantage of the scam masquerading as a deal. Save yourself the headache and walk a WIDE girth around anything Keurig.

Never again

I have had the one cup/full pot Keurig that was not cheap for 8 months. The descale came on within 4 weeks of having it and even when I descaled 5 times every session with purified water (all I ever used on it) it refused to go off. Grounds were consistently in the single cup and it stopped working at all. Now the full pot maker took a dump. I replaced it with my tried and true cheap pot after putting it up for the new Keurig. Never again. This is garbage and definitely not worth it.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service

### Title: **Absolutely Terrible Customer Service** I am extremely disappointed with Keurig’s customer service and, after this experience, I cannot recommend buying from them. I originally ordered a coffee pot that turned out to be the wrong one. I called Keurig, explained the situation, and ordered the correct replacement. I was specifically told that a **return label would be emailed to me** so I could send the original coffee pot back. The replacement arrived and thankfully it was the correct one. However, the return label never came. I called Keurig again, only to be told that **Keurig does not pay for return shipping**. This was completely different from what I was told during my first call. Had I been told that upfront, I could have made an informed decision about whether returning a $25 coffee pot was even worth it. I went to UPS today just to see what it would cost to return the coffee pot myself. **$21.** That's $21 to ship back a $25 item. So because of Keurig's poor communication and unwillingness to provide a return label for a replacement order, I'm essentially looking at losing almost the entire value of the original product just to return it. What makes this even more frustrating is that this wasn't a case of me simply changing my mind. **The original item was the wrong one, I contacted Keurig to get the correct one, and I was told a return label would be provided.** Then, after the replacement was shipped, the story changed. For a company as established as Keurig, this is an embarrassing level of customer service. A $25 coffee pot shouldn't turn into this much of a hassle, and customers shouldn't be given conflicting information by customer service representatives. I will absolutely think twice before purchasing another Keurig product, and based on this experience, **I would not recommend Keurig to anyone who expects reasonable customer service when something goes wrong.** Do better, Keurig.

I order tank for my keurig and the send…

I order tank for my keurig and the send the wrong one went I want to returned back the say I need to pay from my package to returned and the return cost more they I pay for the tank this ridiculous I was trying for them to pay for the return they denied Iam so mad because I ended throwing the tank on the garbage and throwing my keurig on the garbage because where Iam going to found another tank Iam so sad w this company

Keurig is Arrogant and Cheap

Cheap plastic coffee machine breaks after 1.5 yrs — (Keurig’s new reputation) customer service offered me the opportunity to replace the unit at a price HIGHER than Amazon!!! I tried to explain to them that they are not coming close to making me whole — and they couldn’t have cared less. Keurig’s website customer service is even worse. They lie about trying to call me and basically, couldn’t care less. NEVER AGAIN KEURIG.

I wish I could rate ZERO STARS

I wish I could rate ZERO STARS. Got the Keurig 2550 commercial system. Had to order 32 boxes of coffee to get it for a decent price. It worked MAYBE 2 months and then started leaking. It ruined the coffee center it was on and their customer service was completely awful, from the call in prompts to the actual people I spoke with. They had no answers and I am still waiting for an answer and it's over a week. I am losing business and I have to replace the coffee center (the leaking happened overnight) and I have 32 boxes of coffee with nothing to make it with. SEND ME MY MONEY BACK and I will gladly give you back this piece of trash. I am USUALLY a pretty understanding person but I am now beyond frustrated and I hope noone else experiences this bull.

Do not buy the Keurig Mini single serve…

Do not buy the Keurig Mini single serve from Amazon! It is a piece of junk! Mine stopped working after one month and the day after the warranty ran out. I called Keurig at -1-866-901-2739 and spoke to Santa Maria (probably not her real name) a customer service person who told me it was my water, then she told me not to use filtered water, then she told me it was because I didn’t use bottled water. Then she wanted to send me a coupon for Keurig pods, which I declined because my Keurig no longer works!!!

This our 4th Keurig machine

This our 4th Keurig machine. First 2 were bad, the first one was replaced and we bought the second one new but it didn't last too long. We were lucky with the 3rd coffee maker it lasted 8 years. Now in July we had finally buy new one because it started leaking too much water. Now we bought K-Supreme plus. It started having problem with not brewing the full size selected and asking to add water when the reservoir is full. They have the wrong website printed in the brochure, and then when filling in my email address on the support page it keeps saying it's the wrong email format. When I used different email address it kept saying that the confirming email didn't match. I tried using the live chat but it doesn't work either.

If I could give Keurig zero stars

If I could give Keurig zero stars, I would. I've spent thousands of dollars on Keurig products over the past 10 years for my home and business. Just 18 months after buying a $200 machine, it short-circuited, poured thick smoke from the K-Cup compartment, and died completely. I had to unplug it immediately to prevent what could have become a house fire. Had I started it and walked away, my children and pets could have been at risk. Customer service showed no concern and simply offered 25% off another machine because it was six months out of warranty. A company that stands behind its products doesn't ignore a potential safety hazard because of a warranty date. I bought a Nespresso instead. Keurig didn't just lose one sale—they lost a loyal customer. A coffee maker should last longer than 18 months, and it should never fail by filling a home with smoke.

K-Mini Mate Coffee Maker - PIECE OF CRAP

I purchased a Keurig Mini Single Serve Coffee Maker in March 2026. I followed the cleaning instructions supplied. After two months of regular use (2-3 brews a day), the unit simply stopped working. It was still under warranty. I contacted Keurig Customer Service and the unit was replaced. The second unit lasted less than a month. This is a product that retails around $50.00. I'm not sure how Keurig can charge this much for such a poor unit. I am now more than content to use a Mr. Coffee maker that cost me about $35 dollars. I will never ever by a Keurig again. I learned my lesson.

I wish I could give them a zero

I wish I could give them a zero. We loved Keurig when we bought our first machine years ago. The new ones are junk. The last one stopped working a week after I got it, they replaced it and that one stopped working as well. We like the pods, so ordered a more expensive one they said was heavy duty. They also said it had a 60 ounce water resivour, it only made two 10oz cups and we sent it back. Try Ninja - so far their machine seems far superior but $$$

Guaranteed delays and machine failure.

The only element which Keurig has mastered is that of accelerated planned obsolescence. I have had three of their K-Classic makers in four years. The only aspect more assured than the machine failing is the 6 minute time to brew a f**king cup of coffee. Have I sought a better option? YES. Is there one, no. They have the lock on the market, and I will go back to making lots of coffee when this model fails in, say, the next three months. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a $150 Keurig coffee maker for…

Bought a $150 Keurig coffee maker for my daughter, a freshman college student it worked for 7-8 mos she googled and troubleshot I called customer service and was emailed that it wouldn’t be replaced after they told me it would I just had to upload. A photo of the serial #. I did this 4 times and kept getting denied for serial # photo. I told them we did not have the receipt anymore it faded to a blank page. They said it would still be replaced, in the end we sent the serial number 4 x’s and we were denied even tho we registered the machine. Idk why they don’t have the info you paid warranty on your registered account but you get emails about accessories and more products on sale constantly. It was a total rip off cant even reset it but ripped off and they only offer a new discount for a new one. Will never purchase from them again. And sharing on Social Media. Total rip-offs and many reviews of same feedback.

They are holding my money hostage…

They are holding my money hostage making me pay $70 to ship a machine I paid $115 for after it stopped working 3 weeks in there must bc consumer protection against this it stopped working properly after 3 weeks. And they are refusing to cancel $400 in future coffee orders unless I pay $70 to get a $45 refund. Customer service was no help had to file a complaint

Purchased a Keurig from their own…

Purchased a Keurig from their own website within 2 months stopped working called them they sent refurbished one refusing to give me a new one. Ridiculous customer service would not put a supervisor on phone nothing but a waste of time and money model was K Supreme Plus

Buy a different brand

Buy a different brand. Keurig “offers” support through Chat, email or calling… but they won’t help you via chat or email. Both of those tell you to call. Not everyone has time to call and be on hold or to be transferred around. I reached out because my K-iced will only brew 2 oz before stopping. Then I have to lift the top, select the size again and brew 2 more oz before shutting off again. This has been going on for months and I’ve only owned it since Nov 2025. I had ONE response out of 6 months mails saying “send me your s/n, date of purchase and where so I can assist”. I don’t know where that person went but everyone else has been less than helpful. At this point, I’m out $100 and will be buying a different brand. After owning 5 over the years, I was excited about this one and doing iced coffee but the machine and customer service say “f you”.

Shoddy products, inept customer service.

I have owned three Keurig machines - two purchased, the last one a gift. None of them ever lasted more than two years. The quality of these machines is only matched in poorness by their customer service. My latest product - the K22 single cup - lasted barely 18 months. Just one day it stopped working. I contacted Customer Service who told me they would replace it if I sent them the receipt. Of course I lost it and have no record that I can find of its purchase. That's fine, I'm not blaming them for that. But when I wrote them asking for a little consideration, this being my third failed product from them, they wrote back a generic email that not only rejected my request, but didn't review my information. I gave them my name and address - they wrote me saying "next time provide your name and address." I will never buy a Keurig again and if by some stroke of bad luck I'm gifted one, I will put it in the regift pile for my least favorite person at the office.

I purchased the Keurig Descaling…

I purchased the Keurig Descaling Solution and followed the instructions exactly as written. It directs the user to run 12 fresh water rinses to complete the process. After 5 rinses, the motor burned out on my Keurig. I called customer service and spoke with Nicole who informed me I was outside my warranty period. I explained this was not a warranty issue as this was higher than normal usage. She asked if I held 2 buttons down before descaling. I said no because it wasn't in the instructions. She said I should have watched the online video or called customer service before starting. I said if that was necessary, it should have been printed on the packaging. I figured if I purchased their solution to clean their product and followed their instructions, everything would be fine. She then said the instructions on the package were incorrect. I told her Keurig should recall this product and correct the instructions. Either way, I should not be held responsible for a situation caused by their company. She refused to connect me with a supervisor. She was more concerned about selling me a new coffee maker than making the situation right. Keurig has a lot to learn about customer service and I am completely dissatisfied with their product! As the saying goes, Caveat Emptor, Buyer Beware!
