Very disappointed
Have previously ordered from this website and the first time took about 2 weeks for delivery which was a long time considering it was €30 for delivery but it came and dress was great. Second order has been ordered for over 28 days now and despite trying to cancel the order I was told I would only get shipping refunded if I was to cancel the order(dress was not altered was standard sizing) I was then informed that it would DEFINITELY be dispatched by the 22nd of August, and that it would take another 10 days for delivery after that. Ridiculous- now I have since received another email to say that there is ANOTHER delay and will not be dispatched until the 27th bear in mind originally at the beginning this order was to be dispatched on the 20th of August and now it still has no sign of been dispatched. It’s going to arrive over a week to late for what it was needed for and I will be left with a dress I can’t return and have no need for but I still have not got it!! How can it take over a month for one dress to arrive. Customer service emails have just lies upon lies at this stage I will not be using again and will be informing people to stay away from this site. Very unhappy customer and to no end I’m left without a dress and a refund.
