I booked and paid a hotel room at putri duyung cottage Ancol Jakarta,,but then when I confirm ,, tiket.com haven't send any ETiket for the hotel,,no refunded.tiket.com is actually scam,, don't trust this website,,no contact to call just Whatsapp,,when I confirm it said that my ID order is not available,,It's irresponsible company.
