Been using a competitors product for many, many years and decided to "look around" EaseUS Todo was highly rated by many magazines, so thought I'd give it a shot. My first backup & restore on my laptop went flawlessly. Next, the pc running my security camera system. Well, I blundered into a situation where I deleted the boot partition. Help to tech support !!! A tech named Jesse came to my rescue. He spent considerable time with me, solved my problem, and gave some very helpful pointers towards using their product. So, I bought four lifetime licenses to their software and four seats of lifetime tech support. This was the first time I had needed tech support in many years, but watching him zip and zoom through my system convinced me so back up help was worth.
