Great experience with Sixthreezero support.
I have had my Sixthreezero Easy Transit E-Trike since they shipped in 2023. Recently I started having problems with the PAS and throttle only modes. Power was limited and I found that I needed to turn power off (via the control buttons) and back on again to energize the motor. I called Sixthreezero support and talked with Emil. He listened, validated, and quickly diagnosed the issue as the controller. He checked their inventory and emailed a portal for me to purchase a replacement. He was supportive, efficient and professional.
