Support unproffesional, Warranty non existing
I bought already several items from tomtop, delivery usually takes longer then normal even though they ship from Germany One item I bought: powkiddy x55 broke after few hours of normal use It doesn't charge/switch on any more After contacting support they asked to make a video which is highly unusual, did it anyway.. I expect a normal reply with instructions to send it back for repair/exchange/refund as still under warranty period.
