After working Jacques for a month, preparing our product and finalizing logitstics, clearing our items multiple times for approval. Telling us we were clear to ship the items, and providing the warehouse address, they rejected our product at the very last moment... After we had proccessed the shipment. This was a huge waste of our time and extremely frustrating.
