Shipping mistake rectified
I had the wrong item sent to me and I contacted Team Reformly. Kudos to Marge, Kate , and Jeianna who were quick to respond to my queries and professionally handled my issue . I received my correct item , and though I have been unable to use it currently ( due to some home reno work), I am looking forward to using it soon. All thanks to Team Reformly who did such a great job !
