Just an another DROPSHIPPING company
I have had the worst experience with CJ. They do not have a proper record of stock and quite literally have zero idea of how much stock a supplier has, this means they do not keep their products in a warehouse they have like they advertise. They are just an another DROPSHIPPING company. They buy from Ali Express suppliers and send to their customers.
All their 5 star reviews are only about the agents helping people to get more information about their orders. There’s not a single review about they are sending orders on time as they advertised. I did few test orders and some of the orders they had to resend 2/3 times. One of the order I did they had to resend 3 times after I complaint and even on 3rd time they sent me a wrong type of power connector. It is sad I can’t upload any screenshots to show people how bad is their service. I have many proof about who they are actually. Don’t trust CJ if you are planning to build a Business. It’s a total scam. You will be spending most of your time fighting to get a justice.

Do not believe any of the five star…
Do not believe any of the five star reviews, plus they are only reviews about customer service helping them with problems. This is because the agents need to help due to the huge amount of screw ups they have. Communication between agents and people handling orders, dispute and tickets is kindergarten level, they also have absolutely zero accountability and have zero idea of how to quickly and efficiently solve problems. They do not have a proper record of stock and quite literally have zero idea of how much stock a supplier has, this means they do not keep their products in a warehouse they have like they advertise. I ORDERED PRE INVENTORY 2 WEEKS AGO AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A UPDATE THEY SAID “ Sorry, I cannot guarantee this specific time, but I will urge our team to handle it as soon as possible ”. And this is not the first time.
I did few test orders and when I asked for an update they were keep mentioning they purchased it from the supplier. Once it arrives in their warehouse they will ship it as soon as possible. After 7 days of waiting they are telling me product is not available. They have to cancel the order. Very frustrating experience. This is the 6th time it happens within one and half a month time. They do not know the finals weight of the products, the final shipping price so it can be subject to change or stock on every single item. As you may see when you start ordering products from them they will issue tickets to orders and say that products have been discontinued and they offer a different product that they think is the same or they will try to give you a refund. Do not trust their shipping times either, very untrustworthy and poorly run business. Anybody who is starting a dropshipping business I advise to stay away from this company and do not believe any advertising or reviews they have.
Now they will reply to this review saying please talk to their agent. They will help to resolve this. TRUST me they won’t. All they say is they need more time. Very disappointing service!!
