I don't know why if a dispute occurs it has to be charged to the seller whereas the seller only sends the order when he gets the order and doesn't provide payment, g2g should be able to deal with naughty buyers and contact the relevant bank to ask for a solution so that the seller doesn't suffer losses, I don't know why the seller can lost in the dispute even though he had accurate evidence and had followed the directions given in the product details, and the proof of delivery was accurate. because one of the orders that was canceled was a buyer who filed a lot of disputes with a very large amount, the buyer has been buying from our shop for more than 2 years and has filed a dispute recently and it would be very illogical if the buyer won, g2g must provide a solution This is the right way to resolve this dispute case, because it is very easy for naughty buyers to win disputes and many naughty buyers will take advantage of this to harm sellers on G2G.
