Literally the worse service and platorm I've ever seen. We used to use Neat, as many, before. Since the migration we pay more for less services, and it's like they make it impossible for accounting. I can't extract my transaction with date, amount and payees from my account directly, I have to contact customer support. And somehow some transactions are in double and other not. It's just making me waste hours on something that used to take me minutes. Can't wait to get rid of it
