Deceptive Hotel Booking App - Beware! I recently had a terrible experience with Agoda. Their customer service is abysmal, and their refund policy is nothing but a sham. I booked a hotel through their app, enticed by their promises of great service and flexibility. However, when I encountered a problem with my reservation, it became painfully clear that these promises were nothing more than empty words. Firstly, the customer service was unhelpful and not responsive . They seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than in assisting customers. They promised to resolve my issue but never followed through. Secondly, their refund policy is a complete joke. Despite their claim of a refund guarantee, I was denied a refund when I needed it the most. They simply refused to honor their own policy. I urge everyone to steer clear of Agoda. Don't be fooled by their enticing promises; they are nothing but a scam. There are plenty of reputable hotel booking platforms out there that provide genuine customer service and uphold their refund policies.
