Horrible domain provider
Horrible customer service, severe lag time to get a reply, the time on the reply messages change and are inaccurate. Sometimes they don't understand what you're saying, they type english but the communication is like swiss cheese, holes in the communication big time, understanding you and them. They won't give you a refund, if they do it's not the full amount. I changed domains companies, i told them to refund me anything they charged because i already transferred over my website, before the date on my account renewed, they are keeping over 125 dollars of my money for nothing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM EVER AND I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO USE THEM! THEY ARE ALSO MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SHOPIFY, that's disgusting.
