Rapyd is terrible
Rapyd is terrible. I've never worked with a more frustrating and immoral company in my life. If you have a complaint (like many others I have examples of them simply taking my money), there is no way to talk to anyone on the phone. I tried going to the HK office address listed on their website to talk to a human. No surprise, it doesn't exist. Rapyd is at best a company with terrible service and an overpriced product; at worst it is a scam. Either way, stay away.
