**0 stars** This is a 100% scam company. I ordered an item on April 6th. They immediately processed my payment. However, 10 days then passed without even receiving an email order confirmation!! Once I searched my inbox and did not see ANY emails related to my order, I reached out on April 16th. A day later, I received this response from their customer service team - "I’ve checked your order details, and it appears that the product is currently **out of stock**." This company has such a poor infrastructure that 11 whole days passed and until I reached out, no one thought to reach out to the customer about an "alleged" out of stock item. They tried to offer a "similar item" but had no details on when I should expect to receive it. Heads up - They like to send random "out of office for the weekend" messages as a way to avoid responding to emails. Update - On April 29th, I finally received an item from this company. I would return it, but I don't trust I would receive a penny of my money. AVOID at all costs. Listen to the 1 star ratings and buy elsewhere! *Update # 2 - I just read their reply to my experience and review. It’s pitiful, just like I would expect. Stay FAR away from this dishonest and dysfunctional brand. Save your money and go elsewhere. Avoid the headache!
