Scamming thieves
Scamming thieves, they wont let you book a wheelchair at the time of your booking but only on check in when thay say they will be a charge but refuse to say how much it will be. Then at the airport they hit you with a 700,000 irp absolutely ridiculous charge considering Air Asia charge 100,000 for the same service. If id realized the price i would definitely not booked with these thieves, disgusting, bleeding money from someone with mobility issues. This is after a 5 hour change of schedule and a further departure time NEVER AGAIN
