I have created an account and submitted all the necessary documents,but there is no response and my account is still in sandbox. As part of our platform testing, we used payment link to pay and Rapyd has not activated the account or have not returned the money. I called their US 415 number published on the website and no one answers, I emailed support and i all get is a stupid automated message . Their sales team just does not respond at all. I have reached out to their CEO on LinkedIn and he doesn't respond either. It shows the culture of this organization. I am not sure how to proceed from here and any assistance is appreciated.
