I bought a robot vacuum cleaner with a real-time camera 2 weeks ago, when I try to open the camera on my smartphone I get a "failed" error, the camera though is not broken (it's working as it's capturing obstacles when cleaning). In the country where I currently live Xiaomi doesn't have a repair center so they refused to do anything to help me resolve the issue, I asked even to send my robot via DHL to where there is a support center, but they refused, seems they don't care about individual problems, will NEVER buy from Xiaomi again. Didn't receive any refund and left with a broken robot.
