I booked a cab from Lisbon airport with Airport Taxi Transfers who outsource the service to Elifelimo. The driver failed to make contact with us, Elifelimo couldn’t help. We had to get another cab. That’s the shortened version, it was a nightmare! I complained to ElifeLimo, they are not interested. Be careful with both these companies. I did contact Elifelimo this was there reply “ Dear customer, Thank you for your email, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Regarding your refund request, we kindly ask that you contact the booking platform through which you made the reservation. As we coordinate all customer-related matters through our partners, we are unable to process refunds or complaints without prior communication and authorization from the respective platform. We appreciate your understanding and remain available to assist should the booking platform require any support from our end.
