Dh needs improvement on customer service platform
I have mostly used Aliexpress and did have a few issues but 95% success in orders/product. I decided to try DHgate and my first order went well . On 12/11/23 my second order was made and it has no tracking nor have i received it to date. I attempted customer service contact as the platform would not allow me to fully submit a claim all relevant material was on the page but it would not submit to them.The chat feature is not fully fuctional and gives canned text response. I was able to send a message to seller so he has 48 hrs to respond. My big complaint is the platform for customer service which is far superior on Aliexpress who I would say has a better track record with on multiple orders I have made.
