Poor communication and scamming tendencies
I ordered a product on their website and never received the product or any information regarding it for months. I contacted them and was told that they no longer had the product and wanted to switch the product for a similar one that costed significantly less than the original product. They did not want to provide me with a refund until I mentioned that I would simply refute the charge, as I did not receive what I purchased and was not being given a refund.
