Not a happy customer
I trusted RailNinja with seat selection and paid the price. They had to be the worst seats in the train and the window seat I asked for had no window. Emails prior to the trip were not answered. Do yourself a favor and book on your own, doing your own research instead of trusting a third party. We are not accustomed to rail travel in Europe but I will not use RailNinja again.
