Item charged but never received.
I ordered an underwater case for my iPhone. I screenshot the receipt with the confirmation number. I never received any other information. When the item was not delivered, I emailed them and they claimed that the confirmation number was from Amazon and they couldn’t track it (even though I ordered directly from their website). When I cancelled the order they claimed it was already delivered. I disputed the charge with my bank and they reversed it. While I cannot comment on their product, their customer support has scam written in all caps.
