Terrible experience, screws all fell out within weeks and caused the case to crack in one spot. Emailed customer support when just the screws were missing and said they’d send me new screws then ghosted me. Don’t get scammed!

Great value, easy to use, nice features durable watches - going on over 3 years for the first 2 watches that I purchased and I use them frequently as a soccer referee with only issue of a watchband replacement and a battery. Just purchased another as a backup and for the included extra watchband.

I bought this product to take on vacation and had over a week for it to be delivered and it still didn’t come until after I was gone and now it looks like the company policy is to not allow returns.
So sorry the item didn’t arrive in time for your trip. We dispatched your order the day after you placed it. Shipping delays may arise from logistics processing and customs checks.
Screen protector is bubbly and doesn’t let you click your apps well. Tried to return and got denied because it was supposedly on sale. overpriced for quality. Consider buying another case not Beeasy.

Not very nice return policy. I could not return the case of the iPhone Max, that I bought. I should have selected the pro version. Now I am stuck with something I do not need. Very unfriendly. In the EU it is normaal to return it and to buy the correct one.

It took forever to get the product and when I did get it it was a cheap plastic cover . I paid $32 for a metal cover . I will not be recommending these for anyone . I threw it in the trash .

I ordered replacement watch bands on Feb. 28th. and I finally received them on March 28th. So can't understand why it would take a month to send the bands. I was lucky they arrived on the 28 since I was going gout of town the next day and I had no one at home if they were delivered a day or two later. Glad they did arrive.
