This company is a scam
This company is a scam. It's too bad I didn't check up on them before I ordered. When I requested cancellation of the order before it shipped, I was told that cancellation must be within 60 MINUTES of placing an order. This information was not included during the purchase process nor immediately after the purchase. I initiated a dispute with my credit card company. I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint, and CozyBreezy did not respond. No surprise there. After 3 weeks I finally received the order shipped from China. I finally found information on CozyBreezy's complicated return requirements. The return must be initiated within 10 DAYS of receiving the order. Then CozyBreezy will email a return address. What will happen next?
