Awful from start to finish
Product was poorly made from cheap material. I did not receive anything like what was pictured on the website. It was hot glued together with globs at the joins and strings of hot glue hanging off all over the place. The lights weren't lined up with the names so that my wife's name wasn't even lit, while the lights went 4 inches past my name. They offered to make another one, without addressing any of the construction and material concerns but I'd have to pay for shipping. When I explained all the problems with it, the responding email said, and I quote, "but does it work?" Refering to the cheap strip of lights that were glued on in the wrong spot. The only refund they were willing to give me was 1/3 of what I paid, minus the cost of materials and the shipping that I paid for in the first place. For $51 order, I received $14 refunded for a completely unacceptable product. The customer service was rude and grudging and completely unhelpful. Terrible company, terrible people.
