System Error (Tax over-charge)
I live in California, purchased a pair of pants for $39.98 and was charges $11.54 sales tax. CA tax is 10.75%. After emailing this company, they sent the following reply: "We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction. The additional charge was due to system error. We credited this back to your original account. Please kindly wait 3 - 7 business days for the confirmation message from your bank. Hope you can accept it and take the order. Yours Sincerely, Customer Service." After two more emails from me, there has been no response, no credited account, nothing.
