Speedy and helpful. The people at aurate made things right without too much hassle, and helped me figure out the process smoothly; the barcode label was easy to get printed, I only had to figure out what box to return it in. The customer service agents are always super friendly even when asking clarifying questions, and overall the process went smoothly. Disappointed that I wasn't able to get a replacement or repair, since that would have been the best option, but alas.
