Stones falling out, pieces falling off, not sitting properly. Ugh
While the pieces are beautiful I am literally on my third exchange because they are all badly designed and poorly made. Bracelets that kept unlocking, a tennis necklace that would not stay upright and now an ear cuff piece that is SO UNCOMFORTABLE I have never worn it and nonetheless 3 stones have fallen out. I really want my money back and they won’t do it. Don’t buy from these people. Jewelry that looks good in photos and really doesn’t work or hold up IRL.
The level of customer service was above anything I have experienced with on line shopping. Amazingly fast response to my query despite it being a weekend and then an amazingly fast follow up with a very fair outcome. Will be visiting the site often. Thanks to all of you in customer service. Kudos!
Speedy and helpful. The people at aurate made things right without too much hassle, and helped me figure out the process smoothly; the barcode label was easy to get printed, I only had to figure out what box to return it in. The customer service agents are always super friendly even when asking clarifying questions, and overall the process went smoothly. Disappointed that I wasn't able to get a replacement or repair, since that would have been the best option, but alas.
I am truly shocked at the excellence, expedience and efficiency A-Team met me with! I reached out for assistance with an older order on a Sunday afternoon and it felt like I’d gotten a response before I even hit “send”. Horrible products and service
Horrible junk shop. I bought a necklace for $600. The chain broke within a week. I asked if I could purchase a replacement since it required a custom size chain and they said I would have to purchase an entire new piece. What a scam. Do not shop here. Horrible product, horrible service and a massive waste of time and money. The whole thing is remarkable stupid and such a con.
I ordered earrings and put wrong email and I sent an email and they responded pretty quickly thank you for great Service. Looking forward to getting the earrings.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt, detailed reply by your representative. The email was courteous. My only concern was that it mentioned my bracelet as being gold. I wanted a rose gold finish and hope it will be.
