It’s hard to comprehend how a piece of jewelry can have such weak stone settings under normal, everyday wear. When I reached out for help, I was told that since it was an international order, the return window is strictly 21 days and they do not offer repairs. The lack of quality control and the non-existent customer service for international buyers is incredibly frustrating. Buy with caution if you live outside their primary shipping country.
