I am absolutely in love with my 14kt diamond ring! The sparkle is incredible — even in low light it catches everyone's eye. The craftsmanship is flawless and you can tell it's real quality. It fits perfectly and is so comfortable I never want to take it off. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!
Having worn these earrings for about two years now, I would recommend that you not buy these earrings if you or the person you are buying for has hair that comes below your ears. The butterfly design doesn't sit flush with the pearl causing hair to constantly get caught in the the space between. I lost at least three stands of hair anytime I wear these. Otherwise the back of the earring is comfortable for people who dislike earrings that stab into the ear.

I was so excited to receive this necklace, as it was my first order from CaratLane. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I saw it in person. The pendant was much smaller than I expected, and the chain felt extremely delicate and fragile. I will be returning the necklace and, unfortunately, would not recommend it based on my experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from CaratLane. When I purchased the ring, the weight shown on the website was 6.09 grams, but when I received the ring, its actual weight was only around 5.5 grams . a difference of nearly 0.6 grams.This is a significant discrepancy, especially when purchasing gold jewelry, where the weight directly affects the value and the amount paid.Not very good response from customer service.Still struggling and waiting for refund.

There are many pop-up windows to complete to avail the PoP discount for the order, but it finally was complete and the earrings were shipped internationally without a hitch. Great experience with trying to get my daughter bracelet repaired. The couldn’t repair it so there sending a replacement to me. Customer service representative Dharshini was great at helping get the issue resolved and help Get the new bracelet ordered . It will take 2-4 weeks to get delivered but happy with the service at this time.
