When I purchased the ring, the weight shown on the website was 6.09 grams, but when I received the ring, its actual weight was only around 5.5 grams . a difference of nearly 0.6 grams.This is a significant discrepancy, especially when purchasing gold jewelry, where the weight directly affects the value and the amount paid.Not very good response from customer service.Still struggling and waiting for refund.
