I have no idea how my initial Aurate order got re-directed mid-shipment from my home in California to someone in New Hampshire, but I did get the earrings I wanted a few days later than expected. Pretty terrible customer service. I ordered hoops from them and they freaking took five weeks and it came defective. Thankfully I was able to find the hoop that fell off due to their defect. On top of it they expext me to ship back the defective hoop and then they will ship me the new hoop in another five weeks which is just pathetic.
