Stones falling out, pieces falling off, not sitting properly. Ugh
While the pieces are beautiful I am literally on my third exchange because they are all badly designed and poorly made. Bracelets that kept unlocking, a tennis necklace that would not stay upright and now an ear cuff piece that is SO UNCOMFORTABLE I have never worn it and nonetheless 3 stones have fallen out. I really want my money back and they won’t do it. Don’t buy from these people. Jewelry that looks good in photos and really doesn’t work or hold up IRL.
