Delivery did not arrive - zero customer support
I do not recommend this product. My first delivery was delivered without incident on 24 September 2023. My second delivery, due on 1 October 2023, simply never arrived. No one told me there had been a change, or a delay. All of my attempts to contact Macros whether by e-mail, its automated chat or via Facebook have been ignored. I also tried to call, but gave up after being on hold for 51 minutes. As of right now I have paid $126.00 for a delivery that never arrived, and I have had no explanation as to what has happened or what will be done to fix it. I suspect that Macros is waiting for another automated payment to go through before they bother getting back to me. Quick to take your money, slow to help when things go wrong. I will be cancelling my subscription today.
