I had a negative experience with this Pretty Tina due to their unreasonable return and refund policy. I regret not researching it beforehand, as it turns out that returning a dress requires shipping it out of the US. Additionally, they only offered a store credit for a portion of the dress's value. I have no intention of making future purchases from them. When I inquired about a refund to my account, they requested a photo of the dress and packaging, even though the issue was that the dress didn't fit. I simply wanted a straightforward refund, and this experience was very disappointing. I won't be shopping here again. I do not recommend buying from Pretty Tina.
