Not so sure about these folks … if you can find anywhere else , do that!
Ordered a throttle for my scooter that the site claimed was in stock & for the shipping time to be 3-4 days. It’s been over 30 . Yep a month! & still no part. Upon first contact with support I was told it had been shipped and lost in the mail . Then contacted back after again & was told that the part was on back order , that they would have it in around 15 days .. that was 24 days ago & have nothing. Unfortunately it seems this is the only place I can find replacement parts (had scooter for less than a year btw)
