Don't purchase from this brand! You're likely never to receive your item. BEWARE!
In a way I should have known better - I got advertised Grae Cove on instagram, and after seeing a linen dress that I fancied ordering to have in time for a holiday that seemed reasonably priced, I went ahead and purchased it - however I have yet to receive my item (I placed my order on 9 September, nearly a month ago!) and after chasing up my order with them last week, they e-mailed me back to say the item had been delivered already (it has not..). I have since sent them several e-mails, explaining that the parcel never reached me, and have yet to receive a response to any of them. I am, at this point, clearly being ignored. Unsurprisingly, they don't have a contact number that you can reach them on either. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! It's obviously not set up in a professional manner like longer standing brands/companies, and if you're advertised their products over the internet, tread with heavy caution. I certainly will never be ordering from them again. Essentially, as things stand, they've stolen my money, and I'm yet to receive a product.
