Shopee sucks
Very little vouchers, laggy, gimmicky, with dumb, waste of time games. Carousel could have been better than shopee but sellers just can't do math well.

Incompetent and scammy
Googled and Binged cashier's order fees. Stated as $5. Called ocbc, an idiot confirmed it. Tat idiot didn't even tell me my account was frozen. Wasted a day and time queueing. He's lucky I forgot his name. Branches should be able to waive fees due to the mistakes of their website, online content, and call center. Because if not, they get the brunt of the consequences, which isn't fair, but I guess that's because ocbc sux.
