Good afternoon, Osman, I just had a visit from the above couple who just returned. They came in carrying a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me, which I feel I should share with you. To be honest, when I heard they were coming in, I was nervous since they had so many questions and concerns about their trip as they never travelled without a group or a cruise before,. They couldn’t stop raving about what a wonderful trip I planned for them, and I certainly told them it was all due to you and Key Tours. The transfers, trains, hotels and tours were wonderful and it is so gratifying to have clients return with such wonderful comments.
