I had a fantastic experience booking my recent vacation with Keytours Vacations. Specifically, I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Esin.
Esin was spontaneous, highly responsive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure my travel plans were perfectly tailored to my needs. Her ability to think on her feet and provide creative solutions made the entire booking process seamless and stress-free. It is rare to find a travel professional who is as proactive and genuinely helpful as she was, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my trip.
Key Highlights of My Experience:
* **Personalized Service:** Esin took the time to understand my preferences and crafted an itinerary that perfectly matched my interests.
* **Professionalism:** I felt well-supported from the initial planning stages through to the final details of my departure.
I used Keytours for a stop in Venice for a couple of days for a family of (13)
We had accomodations and a tour of Venice plus transfers to the airport.
Keytours was very receptive to helping our customers while they were in Venice. I used the 24/7 line and they picked up and attended to the issue.
I would definitely use Keytours again. I especially liked Melek who helped me through the process.
Thank you.

A family of thirteen through Venice for a couple of days is a lot to coordinate, accommodations, a tour, and airport transfers all at once. Having the 24/7 line pick up and actually resolve the issues while your customers were there says a lot about the support behind the scenes. We're glad Melek was able to help you through the process. Thank you for the kind words, Sharon!
Always easy to contact my Key manager, Osman when a client has a change or need and we always get a quick response and correction needed.

Earning the #1 spot among all your travel suppliers is no small thing. Thomas's expertise and responsiveness clearly built that loyalty trip after trip. We're honored to be your go-to, and we'll be sure he sees this.
Thomas at Keytours is the best. He has been doing our agency's detailed tours for years, from Europe to Asia and beyond. And a wonderful professional, always quick to return your phone call. We love you Thomas Angie at Angie's Travel.

Years of detailed touring spanning Europe to Asia is a real track record, and it shows in how quickly Thomas gets back to you every time. That kind of reliability is exactly what we want you to count on. We love working with you too, Angie!
Osman continually does a great job! I do unique custom itineraries that require a lot of requests and fine tuning to meet my clients expectations-Osman is a great colleague to work with to get this all achieved and present to clients - Thank you Osman !!!

Melek was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our Vancouver and Alaska group trip. She was proactive, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring every detail came together seamlessly. After the trip, she personally followed up to gather feedback and celebrate the group's success, which speaks volumes about her dedication to her clients.
Every aspect of the program was well-executed, from the city touring and restaurant arrangements to the hotel-to-port transfer. Her thoughtful planning gave us the flexibility to make minor adjustments on the fly while still keeping everything running smoothly. Most importantly, she truly cares about the travel experience and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Melek and look forward to working with her again on future groups!

Vancouver and Alaska group trips have a lot of pieces to keep aligned, and it sounds like Melek stayed ahead of them all. Following up afterward just to gather feedback and celebrate the group's success says a lot about how much she genuinely cares about the outcome, not just the logistics. Thank you for the recommendation, Brittany, we look forward to the next group with her too.
My clients had an amazing family trip to Italy and Spain. Osman was wonderful in taking care of every detail, from the private transfers, to the private tours and hotels. He listened to the clients requests and presented the perfect personalized itinerary for them. When flights were delayed, he was able to ensure they did not miss any of the sights they planned to visit. He was proactive in monitoring potential train strikes and unforeseen changes in tours they had booked. From the planning stage to the actual trip, he was immediately responsive to any questions. Thank you Keytours Vacations!

Delayed flights and train strikes are the kind of things that can unravel a family trip instantly, but Osman stayed ahead of both so that your clients didn't lose a single stop on their trip. Thank you for taking the time to share this review, Becky, and for trusting Osman with your clients' family time!

I didn't have to worry about all the details and logistics about transfers, hotels and planning for an itinerary and I got to have a highlights tour of the most famous places of Turkey within the time frame I had.

Evon, that's exactly the trip we aim to create: all the logistics sorted quietly in the background so you can just enjoy Turkey. Thank you for sharing this!

Working with Tuba Karatari. She goes above and beyond in creating terrific itineraries based on my requests.
Always a pleasure working with her
Reply from Keytours Vacations2026-07-27
Thank you for the kind words Michele! Tuba has a real gift for listening to what you actually want and building the itinerary around it rather than the other way around. So glad that's been your experience working with her.
The agent with whom I worked was always attentive. The accommodations chosen were great. The only downside was the tour guide. He was knowledgeable but was not in touch with the group in terms of the pace he tried to set. He would likely be a good person to work with a couple or two rather than a large group.
Reply from Keytours Vacations2026-07-28
Kaelin, thank you for the honest feedback. We're glad the accommodations and your agent's attentiveness came through the way they should have. Thank you for taking the time to share the point about the guide's pace not matching that of the group, we'll look at how he's matched to group size going forward.
This review is long overdue for my experiences working with Osman. I first learned about Keytours about a year ago, and since then, I have been able to plan and execute trips ranging from the Baltics to Italy, all with rave reviews from my clients.
My clients have been happy with the hotels, experiences, and overall ease of their trips, which makes me look like a rock star, and I greatly appreciate that. Osman is easy to work with, efficient, responsive, and truly a pleasure to partner with.
Thank you for all of your consistent hard work and dedication. It is greatly appreciated!

Thank you Abby! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Brooke and the team at Keytours Vacations.
Over the course of several months, Brooke assisted me with planning a client's complex pre- and post-cruise itinerary, and her level of service was exceptional from start to finish. Travel planning often involves countless moving parts, and having a reliable supplier partner makes all the difference. Brooke was always available to answer questions, whether by email, phone, or text. There were weeks when I reached out multiple times, and she consistently responded with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness.
Most importantly, my client returned home absolutely thrilled with her experience. Every transfer, tour, and service was seamless, punctual, and executed exactly as planned. She repeatedly complimented the quality of the trip, and while those compliments came to me as her travel advisor, I know much of the credit belongs to Brooke and the Keytours team.
As travel advisors, we depend on trusted partners to help us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. Brooke made what could have been a stressful planning process feel effortless, and her dedication gave me complete confidence every step of the way.
I look forward to working with Keytours again and would highly recommend them to any advisor looking for a responsive, knowledgeable, and client-focused supplier partner.

Thank you so much for sharing this review! What stands out most in this review is the follow-through: weeks of back and forth on a complex itinerary, and Brooke meeting every one of those touch points with patience and professionalism. That kind of consistency is what lets a client come home thrilled. We're proud of the partnership with Hilex Travel Experiences, and we'll make sure Brooke sees this.
