The dates for our trip were changed…
The dates for our trip were changed after making our payment. We expected a round-trip flight from Charlotte, NC to Aruba with a layover in FT Lauderdale both ways. Leaving on October 10, 2926 and returning on October 17 2026. Instead, we were sent an itinerary having us leaving on October 12, 2026 and returning on October 15, 2026. This is completely unacceptable. I have contacted Jet Blue and they have corrected the flight to our expectations with the exception that we now had to pay an additional, more than, $1300 in fares. I also noticed that $112 was charged to me for your service fee. I fully expect a refund.

Pushing too hard to sell extras. Tooo much. For example, on other websites you can print your boarding pass without extra charge. Here, you are required to pay. Very off-putting.

Please do NOT use cheap o air …they…
Please do NOT use cheap oh sir they will nickel and dime you every step of the way and as soon as u book someone will call to to upsell their products and insurance …and u will be charged for an agency fee a fee to pick a seat and then get charged for the actual Seat …also there is a service booking fee . One ticket I saw 4 extra extra charges. I usually use Expedia which never disappoints. I made an error in choosing this agency and website
