my 1st experience booking my own flight and using one travel was successful. A real person answered right away, no holding Rueben was very helpful in meeting the requirements for my trip. My information was entered precisely and my discount was included. My confirmation was received before our call ended in case any changes were needed. i thank him for his patience as my laptop is old and slow, as am I. Not being tech savy and hearing impaired I realize that I should start with that information first. And now onto my adventure knowing my travel arrangements are in place.
