What a Mess!
What a mess! I would book directly with the airline for the trouble this has been so far. I have been on chat with customer service 3 times and then the chat drops after hours. I made a one letter spelling change to my 12 year old grandchild’s name on her ticket. Onetravel said I had to pay $25 to switch the “R” to an “E” at the end of her name (charlie). If I didn’t I risked getting held up in the airport. I paid the fee but now our tickets are on two different reservations and my ticket is confirmed and my young grand child’s ticket is not, at least on the onetravel app. I have a seat assigned but charlie doesn’t. Onetravel says, call or chat and hours go by and I end up in the same place.

I have booked flights many times but…
I have booked flights many times but this was the first time I wasn’t able to purchase my seat in advance. When I called customer service they would send it to my email in 15-20 minutes. I never received it. I went back to site and it stated seating wasn’t available. I am sure I will be stuck with an aisle seat.what’s up with that One Travel. I won’t be booking with them again!!!!

Thank you for your feedback, As an agency, we do not have any control over airline seat assignments. You can also go the the airlines website, under manage my travel using the 6 digit airline id, to view their seat map, otherwise you will be assigned a random available seat when you check-in for your flight 24hours prior, however there this are no guaranteed where the seat will be. We regret we were unable to pre-assign your seats in advance.

It is fish and twist!
It is a fish and twist!! You think you will pay a low rate, then they say they habe to confirm your flights and later you receive an email saying thr rates are higher and that you have to call them to authorize the new rate. Until you find out they are playing with you and strongly suggest to cancel your flights….i spent 5hs of my time and left with no tickets. Shame on them!
